Bonnie Schneider is a CNN meteorologist that can be seen on HLN, CNN, and different platforms. She is also the producer on camera and co-executive for an DIY NETWORK TV special called LAST HOUSE RUNNING that premiered in March of 2012. Bonnie's book EXTREME WINTER came out in the UK by Palgrave Macmillan, on 31 January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston Schneider was an all-day, week-long special assignment reporter who covered entertainment and lifestyle. She was employed at WFOR-TV as a meteorologist on weekends prior to moving over to WB56. She has held several reports and meteorology positions, including: News 12 Long Island that is a 24-hour cable news TV network and WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. In New York City, she served as a weatherman fill-in on The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
